This policy covers PGrid's website, price alerts, and AI integrations, including our MCP server. Contact us at hello@pgrid.app.
What we collect and why
- Price alerts: your email address, selected product, region, target price, and retailer preferences, to send and manage requested alerts.
- AI searches: the search text and filters your AI client submits, to find matching products. We do not request your full conversation or AI account details. AI search text and filters are processed only to answer the request and are not stored in PGrid's application database or logs.
- Support: your email address and messages when you contact us, to answer questions and resolve problems.
- Service operation: hosting and security services process IP addresses and request details to deliver pages, limit abusive traffic, and investigate errors. Alert activity may appear in operational logs.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and browser storage to remember your region and understand website usage. Analytics can include page URLs, referrals, interactions, browser and device information, and approximate location. You can manage cookies and block analytics through browser settings or a content blocker.
Service providers and external links
We use providers for hosting, security, analytics, email delivery, and service monitoring. They process data needed for those functions, including alert details for delivery and troubleshooting. Data may be processed outside your country, including in the United States and Europe. We do not sell your email address.
Retailers, affiliate networks, and AI services such as ChatGPT have their own privacy policies. Clicking an affiliate link may allow a retailer or network to attribute a purchase to PGrid and pay us a commission.
Retention and your choices
Identifiable request and security data processed by our service providers is retained for up to 180 days. Aggregate metrics that do not contain search text, IP addresses, or user identifiers may be retained longer. Other personal information is retained according to its purpose and our operational, security, and legal needs.
Use the unsubscribe link in an alert email to stop that alert. To request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, contact hello@pgrid.app. Certain records may need to be retained for security or legal reasons. For privacy complaints, email us with the details so we can investigate and respond. You may also contact your local privacy regulator.
